2008 Freedom's Wings Event |
Freedom's Wings International (FWI) is a non-profit organization run by and for people with physical disabilities. They provide the opportunity for those who are physically challenged to fly in specially adapted sailplanes, either as a passenger or as a member of the flight training program. The photos following (FW members and family, PGC members, and PGC visitors) were taken during the PGC Freedom's Wings event conducted on May 31 - June 1, 2008 at the PGC Gliderport. Lots of smiles at PGC on this special weekend.
