Father and daughter, Uli and Marlena, both German club pilots, visited PGC during the Spot Landing Contest. Marlena is a PhD candidate and was attending a conference in Washington. She flew into Newark accompanied by her father. They looked for glider operations between Newark and DC and found our website! We flew with both of them and they joined us at the BBQ. Photo left ... and directly above sitting behind Don Clinger and across from me.
